Mindfulness with Dr. Lisa
Do you feel stressed and anxious? Do you find that you have difficulty maintaining concentration or listening to your intuition? Would you like to feel more centred, grounded, and calm? During the class, we will learn and have the chance to practice multiple mindfulness techniques that you can use in your day-to-day practice and bring more serenity to your days.
